When relevant, include the platform, device model, operating-system version, app version, and a short description. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, tax information, or unnecessary identity documents.

In-app purchases

HexMinefield 3D may offer an optional non-consumable Premium Pack. Purchases and restoration are handled by Google Play on Android and Apple StoreKit on iOS. The developer does not receive payment-card details.

If a purchase does not restore, use the Restore purchase control while signed in to the same platform account. If the issue remains, contact support with the platform and approximate purchase date.

Advertising and consent

The app includes Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. Advertising availability varies by platform, build, region, Premium status, and consent state.
