HexMinefield 3D

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026

About this policy

This policy explains how HexMinefield 3D handles information on Android and iOS. The Android package name and iOS Bundle ID are net.pipestudio.hexminefield3d.

The data controller and independent publisher is Hugo Py--Gutierrez, operating under the Pipe Studio name. Privacy and support contact: tuyaudo.yt@gmail.com.

1. Local game data

No first-party account is required. Preferences, progress, records, product flags, and a Premium-entitlement cache may be stored locally on the device to provide the game and offline functionality. The publisher does not operate a first-party cloud-save or analytics backend.

2. Support requests

If you contact support, the publisher receives the email address used, your message, and any diagnostics or attachments you choose to provide. This information is used to answer the request, investigate issues, prevent abuse, and retain the minimum record needed for follow-up or a legal claim.

Support correspondence is retained for no longer than 24 months after the last exchange unless earlier deletion is requested or a longer period is required for security, accounting, a legal obligation, or a dispute.

3. Platform services and purchases

Google Play Games and Apple Game Center may process player identifiers, profile information, gameplay activity, achievements, and leaderboard scores when their optional platform features are used. Google Play Billing and Apple StoreKit process purchases and restoration of the non-consumable Premium Pack. The publisher does not receive payment-card details.

4. Advertising and consent

Android and iOS builds include Google Mobile Ads / AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Advertising availability varies by platform, build, region, Premium status, and consent state. Some releases may include these SDKs while leaving their runtime and ad requests disabled.

When advertising is enabled, ads are intended only for non-Premium users and may include banners and rewarded ads. Google may process IP address or approximate location, device or account identifiers, advertising identifiers where available, product and ad interactions, advertising data, crash data, performance data, and other diagnostics to deliver, measure, limit, secure, and improve advertising. Device identifiers may be used for tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies where permitted.

Where required, UMP requests consent choices before advertising requests are allowed and may expose a privacy-options form. The app does not itself request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission or explicitly access IDFA. See Privacy Choices.

5. Diagnostics

The publisher may review technical diagnostics provided by Google Play Console, App Store Connect, Android, iOS, and related platform tools, including app version, device type, operating-system version, crash data, performance information, and installation source.

Android builds may include Firebase Crashlytics NDK, which can process crash reports, stack traces, native crash information, device and app state, build/version information, and diagnostic breadcrumbs. Firebase Analytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring are not included.

6. Recipients, purposes, and transfers

The publisher does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by Apple or Google services used by the app, including Game Center, StoreKit, App Store Connect, Google Play Games, Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads, UMP, Google Play Console, and Firebase Crashlytics when included in the relevant build.

Processing supports game functionality and purchases, answers support requests, provides consent-based or otherwise legally permitted advertising, measures and secures ads, diagnoses crashes, maintains stability, prevents abuse, and complies with legal obligations. Apple and Google may process data outside your country or the European Economic Area under their published safeguards and privacy terms.

7. Retention and security

Local data remains until it is cleared, reset, or the app is removed, subject to device backups and platform behavior. Apple and Google apply their own retention periods to data they control. The publisher uses platform sandboxing, access controls, current SDKs, and vendor transport protections, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability for personal data controlled by the publisher by emailing the address above. Requests about data controlled directly by Apple or Google must be made through that provider's tools. People in France or the European Union may lodge a complaint with the CNIL or their local data-protection authority.

9. Children

The game is a general-audience puzzle rated 4+ and does not require a first-party account or knowingly ask children for profile or contact information. If a child sends a support request, a parent or guardian may request its deletion. Advertising configuration, consent, and child-directed treatment are reviewed before advertising is enabled for a public build.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated when the game, third-party services, legal requirements, or store requirements change. Material changes will be posted here with a new update date.
